11.5 Pro MP4 Export Error

I hope I'm doing this right. So, not too long ago I finally updated to 11.5 after hearing that it got the MP4 export option. On occasion I move between programs depending on project requirements, and I always have to change my Avi's to mp4's manually in after effects or make png sequences which all are pretty... tedious for my workflow.

However, I've had the issue of getting codec errors every time I try to do so.

For the lossy MPEG-4 option, it exports, but the file only can play the audio on non apple products (which I pretty much don't use since my tablet and laptop are both windows 10 [only realized it worked with apple products after testing with my ipad]).

I'm not tech savvy at all, but I've been attempting to troubleshoot a bit here and there in my downtime with resetting the config, reinstalling, completely wiping all traced on the previous version and such, and honestly I'm pretty fed up with it. Granted, I'm sure I'm just ignorant to something and it's entirely my fault, but I'd really like to be able to use this. Thanks!

I bet you didn't uninstall your previous version of TVPaint
