Question about feature in TVP 9.5 standard version

I'm bogged down in making a personal film that requires tight synchronization with a music track using TVP 8.6. I saw the version 9.5 lip-sync tutorial on TVP's site and it looks like it would solve my problems but... before I take on a month or two of "the look" from my long suffering spouse I want to make sure that these capabilities are available in the standard edition. I simply can't afford to upgrade to the Pro version as it would go far beyond "the Look". In particular I'm interested in ctrl dragging to re-time exposure heads and the timeline note capability.

So, am I correct in thinking that the following features are available in the standard version?

1. instance handles on both head and tail for re-timing without disturbing adjacent instance position.
2. timeline note area
3. ability to rotate while repositioning/scaling frame(s)

Yes, those 3 features are in the Standard Edition.

Just wanted to offer a quick update. I upgraded to 9.5 standard edition and the improvement in productivity is remarkable.
