hello Harriet, and welcome!

what program do you refer when saying "my program" ?
Mirage 1.5, ... TVPA 8.6, ... TVPA 9.0 ?
- if TVPA 8.x, go on this sticked post, download the .zip file, uncompress it, and install the custom panel (RMB the CustomPanel button, "open a New ToolBar" ... and browse to your freshly uncompressed .Bin file, then "OK".)
- if TVPA 9.x, download this .tvpx file, and load it as for loading a project, then RMB the CustomPanel button,
and check on "Instance Panel", it should appear somewhere in the right-side Bin (or somewhere else, on your screen).
:)

Ahaa, a new version. What's the difference in commands at project frame editor and layer frame editor?

M.
- the layer frame editor commands are operating only on Instance(s) of the current layer,
- the project frame editor commands works on one frame vertically, on all existing (unlocked) layers
at the current position,
nb: the project F. E. commands [+1] [+X] and [Del] don't work on range of frames selection.

what's new (not so much) :
- vertical lay-out, to fit with the side C.P. Bin,
- add "Faux-Fixe" button,
- add project commands (multi-layers edition),
- the "FX on Heads Only" doesn't require a george script anymore,
thanks to the new tv-cmd command,
- add "auto Break" option buttons

This is a really smart feature. Thanks ZigOtto.

Zig,
I still miss a feature I could use all the time: The Instances equivalent of Add Tweens.
The way it would work:
If I selected a sequence of exposures and hit the Add Tweens button a requester would popup asking for the number of frames and after entering the number and pressing the ENTER key, I would get holds of the length of three frame between each frame (should I say exposures instead of holds?)
Sorry about messing up the nomenclature -- I don't have it in my mindset yet.

Another handy button would be to have the ability with a single click to make a Break&Clear frame in the center of each of those three frame holds.
If the holds would be even numbers, such as 2 or 4, the button would reject the command -- only odd numbering would work, placing a new clear frame in the center.

Any chance of implementing this addition?
Paul
