unable to open brushes in TVP pro 10

Post by Kathleen »

I hope someone can help me understand how to import a brush set from this forum:
I downloaded this:
DrawingMedia-V1.tvpx, from Cartoon Monkey, which includes a really nice cleanup brush, but when dragging it into TVP in the dock, I get this message:

document “DrawingMedia-V1.tvpx” could not be opened. TVP Animation 10 Pro cannot open files in the “TVP Animation Project” format.

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Hello Kathleen,

you can drag & drop your "file.tvpx" directly on the desktop screen of TVP. Did you test this way?

Hi, ubik,
No, I didn't - I will try it now and let you know - thanks.

Well, ubik, I think it will work - I opened a non-animation project, an illustration, and dragged the file onto the canvas, and now it says it is "Loading extension." Does this loading extension take a while? Am I on the right track, do you think?
Thanks for the suggestion,
Kathleen
