I found "Little NEMO" 出崎統杉野昭夫version.

By the way, I read only member of "Paperless or Draw and Scan?" and think of something.
Made by full Digital Animation is very clean Beauty line and color. However, when I remember that "ANIME", they have bold touch pencil line and no use rulers ... draw freehand and rough sketch shade.

YOKOYAMA Mitsuteru 鉄人28号(1956, Tetsujin 28-go/"Iron Man #28")become Hollywood 3DCG Animation movie ...What ?!

JAPAN 2004 remake by IMAGAWA version (non credit opening)

Hollywood 2010 or 2011 version "T-28"

I hope just one thing to Hollywood, DO NOT change 28-go's main theme(like Dragonball Evolution) that is "28-go built for war (final weapon), but it decide by depends on human conscience, for "an evil weapon" or "a peace maker" .
Spoiler : p.s. :
Ah--- some prot use from IMAGAWA "Giant Robo" ?

I absolutely loved ジャイアント・ロボ 地球が静止する日. I'm not holding my breath on Hollywood's adaptation or it's loyalty to the music. Though, I imagine the CG work will be amazing, that said, I'm not crazy about the character designs at all...

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry ”Le Petit Prince/The Little Prince/星の王子様(the Prince of Star)”, a new 3D Animation TV program is coming on Dec, 2010.
http://www.lepetitprince.com/#/actualit ... 010&mois=8
The Little Prince TV serie will air on French TV for Christmas.
Nouvelle image préparatoire de la série du Petit Prince qui sera diffusée à Noël sur France 3.
Some image board of "the Planet of Time" looks like Ubisoft "Prince of Persia Sand of Time" labyrinth.
Anyway, I'd like to watch streaming on web by France 3 :) .

Hihi, that's really sweet =)

I'm always surprised by the Japanese subtitles in the opening or ending songs, like a karaoke. I wonder where come from this habits . Is it for kids who learns hirganas, katakanas and kanjis ?

I find this version of The Little Prince revolting and entirely disrespectful to the spirit of the great Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It reminds me of the way the Japanese botched up Little Nemo with the same misunderstanding of the culture of the day.

"Too much candy is dangerous for your taste"… ought to be written on the DVD package.

Eh ... I have no idea how understand the difference "Kawaii" (or "childlike design") of Character Design between the Far East land and Western (include U.S.A.) .

For example when I was kindergarten and a primary school age, I was always terrified for Roman stone statues and plaster figures. Because it showed only the whites of eyes, no iris.

In our culture, iris means "a soul in body = alive". No iris eyes means "the dead" or "a ghastly apparition".
Maybe that is one of reason why almost Japanese Animation young character has big eyes.

One more thing, we know original "Le Petit Prince" with translated or French language book.
The Anime version is just a way of introduce Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's story.
