impressive , if only for its size!

Verve - an experimental fluid dynamics based painter
This is just a quick little demonstration of its present state, very early in the development.
To join the process and give some feedback, visit the development forum at http://www.taron.de/forum" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It's totally free and tiny (261kb), but you'll need a graphics board no older than 3 years, I'm afraid, and be on a Windows PC.
Thanks for watching this and thanks in advance, should you decide to register to the forum. I'd be very happy! (...to see something other than spam bots register, yay!)
...and to all those, who watched it all the way to the end: poppy
Interesting, this painting app is actually written with a game development toolkit called BlitzMax (based on the BASIC language). I played around with it using Wine under Linux, very responsive app, the fluid simulation was very smooth and mesmerizing to watch

Interesting tool, especially the fluid dinamics. Worth while to try. I couldn't make myself watch the whole video. Nice guy in a weird way. Can't limit himself just explaning the software. All this painting he does can be done in TVP also.
The feature I liked best is the 3D grid. Can be very helpfull if you know how to use it.
