Looks good! And if you want to make it even more clear, you could always clean and combine old stickies.
like in the Technical support section: "Information about technical support questions" could be in "read me before..." It seems to be the same thing.

"Useful links" could go to "off topic> links> announcements" ?

Also in "made with tvpaint" there are now double "rules" and "please read before..." stickies.

If somebody at TVpaint ever feel like doing some procrastination, this could be a good way to focus that energy :)

If you notice something else to improve the forum, don't hesitate.

Both should be in the plural: Ideas and Improvements, since you're not looking for one idea and a single improvement.

"Did you win an award" and "articles about tvpaint users" could go to "made with tvpaint" announcement section? There is another "article about tvpaint" topic, so they could be in the same place, no? If not there, maybe all three to links > announcement section?

And maybe, if a stickie hasn't been active for few months (year?), it could be changed into a regular topic? Like in the content section, there are old topics that could go into the flow with the rest? (Like "get back the tool bin") In general, if there are announcements, like the "mistakes in the user guide", they could be in the announcement section as long as they are needed. So the topic flow would be just active topics.

Ideas to think about!

I already proceeded with that change with a lot of old stickies. Of course, if you see other ones, please let me know :D

good idea to streamline the Forum.

one note though:
i think the "Foreigners Communities" is not a good title
it sounds a bit stiff, official and unfriendly, like something you could encounter on a sign at a passport check point or something, foreigners can also be translated as "strangers" and points to nationality.
And nationality is of no importance in the tvp community.
in fact all you mean is: "Other Language Communties"

It's in the title bar of the box containingthe 4 subforums.

I agree, should be named "Language specific communities".

I still don't see it. You mean the box with all the languages, French, German, Spanish, Japanese?
AH! I see it now; the heading! Never paid attention to those because white on pale orange doesn't stick out. But I agree with Other Languages.
