Can not set Timeline to None - Loop- PingPong - Hold

When the Timeline is expanded to normal size I can click to set it to None or Loop or Ping-Pong or Hold, but if the Timeline is compacted it is not possible to click and bring up the little menu to set it to None, Loop, Ping-Pong, or Hold. See attached screencapture video and screengrab image.

Yes, this a known bug related to the layer handle issue, it will be fixed ASAP.
