Remove the ugly obnoxious icon which just opens the web page?

This big question mark just reads as a mistake. Killer for the OCD type, like I am (and most likely, a lot of other animators)

I don't know that I'd go so far as to say it's ugly and obnoxious , but I agree that the big ? mark icon doesn't fit in well with the other icons in the toolbar and it seems redundant because there is already a Help menu to access the user manual and other tutorials.
