Terms and Condition of Sales for Wacom Bundle

1) The Wacom Bundle includes exclusively :
● TVPaint Animation 10.5 Standard Edition - Nomad License for Android devices
● Wacom Cintiq Companion Hybrid tablets, 16 et 32 GB models, using Android operating systems.

2) TVPaint Développement cannot be responsible of delivery delays, neither damages, nor warranty issues of your Wacom tablet. For any complaint, please contact Wacom France.

3) Your Nomad License of TVPaint Animation 10.5 Standard Edition is not pre-installed on your Wacom tablet. You must install it by yourself from a download link that we will send after validation of your order.

4) The Wacom Bundle is limited to Metropolitan France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembroug.

5) The installation of your Nomad License is unique and cannot be transfered on another hardware or another operating system. Any additional installation will not be activated by TVPaint Développement.

6) The Nomad License cannot be resold. Only TVPaint Développement is authorized to sell and activate a Nomad License.

7) Updates for 10.5.x version, for the Nomad License are free and can be downloaded on the website.

8) The Nomad License cannot be upgraded.

9) The Nomad License's development is optimized for Wacom Cintiq Companion. On other Android devices, the support of the Nomad License is not guaranteed. TVPaint Développement cannot guarantee Nomad License's good working on a different hardware.
