Nomad license's Sales and Use conditions for TVPaint Animation - Android devices

1) The Nomad License is dedicated to physical persons. Neither studio nor school shall pretend any right for its use.

2) A physical person shall not pretend to use or purchase several Nomad License.

3) The Nomad License's installation is limited to one Android device. Any additional installation will not be activated by TVPaint Développement.

4) The Nomad License cannot be resold. Only TVPaint Développement is authorized to sell and activate a Nomad License.

5) The Nomad License cannot be upgraded.

6) The Nomad License's development is optimized for Wacom Cintiq Companion. On other Android devices, the support of the Nomad License is not guaranteed.

7) The Nomad License cannot be refunded once installed and the activation code requested. We strongly recommend to download the demo version before any purchase, in order to insure the compatibility with your Android device.
