The fastest way is to check the FAQs, Manual and Tutorials in case your problem/question has already been addressed.
Failing that, you can get in touch with us over the internet:

NB: When you compose emails for support, please make sure you enter a specific subject into the email field.
Good examples include: "problem with camera" or "bug with the light table".
Avoid empty subjects or "Hello TVPaint", because they may get redirected into our spam box.

How long does it typically take to receive a response ?
On normal business days between Monday to Friday, replies typically arrive within 24 hours. However, we can't respond during weekends.
Also, there may be a large time difference incurred if you are far from France.
What's the forum for ? Who participates ?
The forum is for both current and prospective users of all TVPaint products.
Most conversations occur in English, but we have forums in French, German, Spanish and Japanese.
Are there tutorials for TVPaint Animation software ?
You can find many tutorials on the website and forums as well as the PDF user guide (which is provided with the software, but you can download it on here) and the Forum. We also have several FAQ lists. If you didn't find an answer to your question, contact us.
Why don't you add more tutorials ?
Video tutorials are made by volunteers and we cannot force them to make more tutorials.
I found a bug in my software !
First of all, please check if:
● you have the most up-to-date version of TVPaint
● you can reproduce the bug
When the bug is clearly identified, please submit it via the forum or by email with a picure (screenshot, photo, project files...), plus your license edition, your computer's configuration etc... We will do the best we can to fix that problem.
Is your technical support free ?
We provide help for all our users at no charge. We do our best to provide reasonably prompt replies.
The software is so complex ! I can't use it !
Don't give up! If all our users (from different ages and backgrounds) can use it, there are no reasons for you can't ! There are many way to learn the software: forum, tutorials, FAQs... And you can also contact us directly.
