Created in 1997 by Hervé Adam, TVPaint Développement is a company based in the Grand Est region of France. Its purpose is to help 2D artists and animators bringing their ideas to life easily.

TVPaint Animation, the software we are developing, is used across the world by independent production companies and artists. In line with traditional animation techniques, our software offers a comprehensive set of flexible drawing and animation tools for computers or graphic tablets.
